I need Pickle Barrel pulls. Good pulls that would be 1. cool art for Greedmaw to draw, 2. comic or unique, 3. suitable for all ages. As you know I’m currently making a board game version of Viva and we’re going to have a Pickle Barrel deck. Head on to the Great Hall and get pulling. Cham Cham knows they’re all covered by me, so have at it. OR, throw something unique/funny in. Just be careful - if it bites before you pull it out let it go.

Thank you for stopping the Dungeon Messaging after I realized that literally all monsters have been having conversations with the great glowing orb that appeared over the Dark Sea on level 6. It opens up with pizza, that’s the topic. Funny how a lot of monsters haven’t progressed past the pizza conversation yet, but it does have more things it will talk about. But then it does tend to wrap back around to pizza.

Pizza is a new concept for most of the Dungeon. We’ll see how this goes.

As for the orb, we’ve talked at length about how it ended up here. That’s not my business to share, but what is, is that the orb means no harm and any mind that does not want to converse can simply say “no thank you” mentally and the orb won’t approach again unless invited to do so. And like any other monster, let’s treat it with the same respect. It could probably be pretty scary if she wanted, so NFWOM is in full effect.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had 6 or more people sitting at the Viva table.

It started out being any number, you know.

Viva was any number and we were playing with 6-10. Every player was hidden though and all they saw was the map.

During the Pandemic we had a season finale go till 3 in the morning. Met some crazy cool guy from Australia we never saw again. I like getting weird with season finales and that’s when you would play a co-op or some other alt-rule set I was vibing with at the time. I believe that finale was a zombie hustle around level 2. Humans versus Zombies and…it definitely could have been balanced better but we had 10 or 11 people playing I think.

Anyway, it’s been a hot minute.

Three people who’ve been a big part of the journey are joining us tonight to go up against the current crew. Not in a 3v3 of course. It’s Viva and in some world’s it’s referred to as “thunderdome” rules. However, alliances are never a bad idea in Viva.

There will be shrooming.
